A new shop, decades in the trade
Sarah Faw started working with upholstery fabrics at 19 and joined an upholstery shop at 24. Three Chairs Upholstery is her own shop in Novato, with a team she feels is the best in the county.

Why she opened her own shop
Sarah has worked in the upholstery industry for more than 38 years. She is a seamstress and studied interior design. After many years with a local business, she felt it was time to move on and open a shop of her own.
She has worked alongside many upholsterers over the years, and she has hired the ones she trusts most. Every piece gets the same care, whether it’s a family heirloom or a new build, down to traditional hand-tied springs and full rebuilds.
Bring your own fabric or choose from ours. We offer in-home consultations, plus pickup and delivery across Marin and Sonoma Counties, the East Bay and San Francisco.
