Our process
From the first look to the day it comes home, here is what to expect.

Consultation
We meet at your home or at the shop to talk about your piece and what you would like. You can also send us photos to get started.

Your quote
We send you a written quote by email. You can read it and approve it online, or simply give us a call.

Choosing fabric
Choose from the fabric we carry, or bring your own. We will advise on durability and texture, including performance fabrics for busy homes.

Deposit & scheduling
A 50% deposit orders your fabric and books your project. Most pieces take 3–4 weeks.

Craftsmanship
Your piece is taken apart, the frame inspected and repaired, springs retied, new foam and padding fitted, and your fabric applied by hand.

Pickup & delivery
We can pick your piece up and bring it home again when it is finished, ready to enjoy for years to come.
